Nomt Naran General Education School was established in 2016 and offers the national curriculum for primary, basic, and secondary education, expanded with Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean language instruction as well as international supplementary programs tailored to children’s age and developmental characteristics. It is a privately owned non-state school and kindergarten that has developed and implemented the “Bee” program, which provides psychological education and supports children’s cognitive, emotional, self-expression, and interpersonal communication skills at an international level.

In the general education sector, a professional leadership and management team with many years of experience follows a stable human resources policy aimed at maintaining and improving satisfaction with educational services and the quality of learning. Valuing organizational culture and preserving continuity among teachers, 122 teachers and staff are divided into 8 departments and units and carry out educational activities.

More than 60% of all teachers hold leading professional and teaching methodologist qualifications. In addition to participating in scheduled trainings provided by the General Authority for Education, the Ulaanbaatar Education Department, and the Institute for Teacher Professional Development, we also conduct internal and customized trainings to improve legal knowledge in the sector, professional skills, teacher ethics, and communication and attitude, while strengthening the organization’s NNTeam culture.

Today, it has grown into a capital city school and kindergarten complex with more than 800 learners and 122 full-time teachers and staff members, and has become one of the “Leading Schools of the Capital.” It implements the national core curriculum for primary, basic, and complete secondary education in line with international standards, along with Japanese-English bilingual and international science programs, the internal psychology education program "Bee," and various enrichment courses, and is listed every year among the top 60 schools ranked by entrance exam scores.
